"Dr. Lan Anderson has been my audiologist for many years now. Others seemed to notice my hearing loss before I did. My family members, the children at the elementary school I volunteer for, and those involved in my church activities began to comment on my inability to hear. I felt compelled to check it out. "All hearing tests confirmed that I definitely needed hearing aids. I was then instructed to see Dr. Franco at Anderson Audiology. She and her staff have been so sweet to me, and they have provided me not just the aids but also a streamer device for the phones. "My dad, Ed Hall, went to Anderson Audiology because he was having trouble with new hearing aids from a competitor. The competitor charged him every time he went in, and he never got them adjusted right. The other doctor refused to do anything else for him without paying again, and his hearing aids never worked properly.
He found Dr. Gascay, and she sent the same hearing aids back to the manufacturer because they had a faulty microphone. Because these were still under warranty, there was no charge. Dr. Gascay fixed the problem. She was professional, diligent, and kind. She worked hard with equipment to get speech where it should be and removed humming. He is very happy with this office and this doctor. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone."

"After getting a high fever from the measles at the age of 5, I was left with nerve deafness. By the time I was a teenager, hearing aid assistance was no longer optional. The industry indeed has come a long way in 50 years. Each pair was an improvement in clarity, but none have achieved what my new AGXO aids are accomplishing. Not only are the volume and clarity for understanding words an improvement from my previous aids, but I actually understand several words to songs on the radio.
