"My dad, Ed Hall, went to Anderson Audiology because he was having trouble with new hearing aids from a competitor. The competitor charged him every time he went in, and he never got them adjusted right. The other doctor refused to do anything else for him without paying again, and his hearing aids never worked properly.

He found Dr. Gascay, and she sent the same hearing aids back to the manufacturer because they had a faulty microphone. Because these were still under warranty, there was no charge. Dr. Gascay fixed the problem. She was professional, diligent, and kind. She worked hard with equipment to get speech where it should be and removed humming. He is very happy with this office and this doctor. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone."

"After getting a high fever from the measles at the age of 5, I was left with nerve deafness. By the time I was a teenager, hearing aid assistance was no longer optional. The industry indeed has come a long way in 50 years. Each pair was an improvement in clarity, but none have achieved what my new AGXO aids are accomplishing.
