"One of the best experiences I’ve ever had taking my dad to his appointment … from the first phone call, to getting his aids."
"Anderson Audiology is the best! We’ve been patients of Dr. David Anderson for the past few years. His care and concern have always been amazing. He was first recommended to us by our ENT doctor at Sansum Clinic in Santa Barbara.
When my husband decided to try hearing aids we called Dr. Anderson. His knowledge, expertise and patience were always present during the fitting and adjustment period." We have referred many of our friends to him. We wouldn’t think of going anywhere else."
"Because of Anderson Audiology my husband hears better than he ever has. He loves them."
"I’ve been to other places, but Anderson Audiology is the best ever!"
"I appreciate all of you at Anderson Audiology. From the call to make the appointment to the hearing test given to me, your staff made my day with their professionalism and their personable ways. Thanks!"
"We are so satisfied with Anderson Audiology. We would never go anywhere else."
"Anderson Audiology’s staff is awesome!"
"All hearing tests confirmed that I definitely needed hearing aids. I was then instructed to see Dr. Franco at Anderson Audiology. She and her staff have been so sweet to me, and they have provided me not just the aids but also a streamer device for the phones. I also suffer from tinnitus (ringing in the ears), and she adjusted the aids so that it muffled most of the ringing. I am now feeling more comfortable at home, at work, and also with my sleep pattern. I thank you all for your special care, and I’m most of all thankful for this amazing program that is helping the elderly and the working class who cannot afford these necessities"
"After getting a high fever from the measles at the age of 5, I was left with nerve deafness. By the time I was a teenager, hearing aid assistance was no longer optional. The industry indeed has come a long way in 50 years. Each pair was an improvement in clarity, but none have achieved what my new AGXO aids are accomplishing. Not only are the volume and clarity for understanding words an improvement from my previous aids, but I actually understand several words to songs on the radio. Anderson Audiology is top of the line for service, professionalism, and compassion. Hearing impaired people can hear most sounds, but need technical assistance to understand. Stop straining every day, being frustrated, withdrawn, or fatigued and use the help available to us."
"I have been wearing hearing aids for about 12 years. During that time, I have had the opportunity to have my hearing assessed and have been fitted with several hearing aids. My experiences with Dr. Anderson and Anderson Audiology have been far superior to all others. I have been extremely happy with my open fit hearing aid and the follow up service by Anderson Audiology. I wholeheartedly recommend them!"
"I have had hearing loss for several years and have felt the frustrating, negative impact it has had on my quality of life. At times, I was even withdrawing from the activities I enjoy most because it was too embarrassing to attend with my hearing problem. I am forever grateful to Anderson Audiology for helping me hear again. My quality of life has been restored. Through their knowledge, care and technology I can enjoy life once again."
"My dad, Ed Hall, went to Anderson Audiology because he was having trouble with new hearing aids from a competitor. The competitor charged him every time he went in, and he never got them adjusted right. The other doctor refused to do anything else for him without paying again, and his hearing aids never worked properly.
He found Dr. Gascay, and she sent the same hearing aids back to the manufacturer because they had a faulty microphone. Because these were still under warranty, there was no charge. Dr. Gascay fixed the problem. She was professional, diligent, and kind. She worked hard with equipment to get speech where it should be and removed humming. He is very happy with this office and this doctor. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone."
"Dr. Lan Anderson has been my audiologist for many years now. Others seemed to notice my hearing loss before I did. My family members, the children at the elementary school I volunteer for, and those involved in my church activities began to comment on my inability to hear. I felt compelled to check it out. Dr. Anderson evaluated me and fit me with hearing aids that fit my lifestyle as well as ones I could afford. I’m always impressed with his compassion and kindness. He has always been there to help me.
Since Dr. Anderson has helped me, my life is different now. I volunteer at the school and can hear the many children’s response as I help them read. I can hear my family members clearly. Going to church, I can participate with confidence. Life is much more pleasant now I can hear. I owe much thanks to Dr. Anderson for helping me enjoy life by hearing it better."
"I’m so happy I can hear better. Everyone in the office is AMAZING!"
"Excellent receptionist staff. I wish I had receptionists like yours at my office. Great Job!"
"I want to thank Anderson Audiology for all the help they have given to me. I know that every day they make the quality of life for people so much better. They certainly have changed my life for the better. I can’t thank them enough. I am hearing so much better. The hearing aids are amazing. I am hearing things I have not heard in a long time. I was fighting back the tears when I left your office. I could not believe the difference. Please know how grateful I am. I did not realize how much of a struggle it had been to hear and understand what was being said. I can pay better attention now and am not missing a beat. Thanks for being so helpful and friendly. I am looking forward to my follow up visits."
"Anderson Audiology provides custom care with attention to patient’s needs and financial needs as well. My experience has been one of excellent hearings aids which literally turn off my tinnitus when I wear them- For years I have tried to silence the persistent whooshing in my ears; the hearing aids not only increase my hearing ability but significantly diminishes my tinnitus. I can adjust the volume and I am grateful for the instruments as well as the response of the Anderson team when I need adjustments to the hearing aids."
