What to expect at your first appointment

Our goal is to be your partner in finding solutions for your hearing health care needs. At your first appointment we will perform a comprehensive diagnostic test. This four-step process begins with a conversation with your Audiologist, so they can understand your medical and hearing health history. They will look in your ears to make sure there are no wax obstructions and that your ears are healthy. You will then go into the sound proof booth for your diagnostic testing. Lastly, your Audiologist will go over all the results of the testing and if necessary, explain the next step to improved hearing. This appointment typically lasts about an hour and a half and is covered by most insurances.
